Who is behind BLK & SAINT?
We are two sisters, based in Vancouver, Canada, who started BLK & SAINT as a creative outlet. We wanted to combine our love for art and fashion in a way that empowered women. We consider ourselves feminists - as everyone who believes in equality should.
Neda Kalantar, the artist of the duo creates the illustrations and designs for our products and runs the BLK & SAINT Blog, while Roya (who is still perfecting her stick figure drawings) takes care of the business aspects of the company.

What are the care instructions?
Always hand wash our items in cold water and lay flat to dry. Iron on low setting inside out. Do not put items in the dryer or iron directly over the prints!
Vintage items should be handled differently per item. Please refer to care tags on the pieces.
Why do some sizes not show up in the size selection option?
If a size does not appear in the drop down menu it is currently sold out. We replenish our stock regularly so please check back soon!
Can you tell us more about your vintage section?
Vintage items are hand picked and sometimes altered to create unique one of a kind pieces. This means that there is only one item available per listing. If you see a piece that you like, buy it before someone else does as these items have a quick turnover rate.
Vintage means vintage! This means that they will not be in brand new condition and some minor flaws and a small degree of wear is to be expected. We are committed to providing excellent quality vintage garments and every item is inspected thoroughly before being listed. Any major faults will be listed in the item description.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We ship all over the world!
How long does it take to get my shirt?
We work very hard to ship your order as soon as possible. Anywhere in Canada or the US it will take approximately 10 business days. Anywhere internationally it will take approximately 14 business days.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards!
Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an automated email confirmation as soon as your purchase and payment are completed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please check your email settings to ensure your email notifications are not sorted as junk mail.
Will I receive an emailing confirmation when my item has been shipped?
No. Our system only sends one email after you have placed your order. You will not be sent an email when your order has been shipped.
What if I need to return a shirt?
Please note that due to limited stock availability ALL SALE ITEMS, PRINTS AND VINTAGE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE.
We’re sure that you will love our high quality t-shirts which are hand-checked before shipping to ensure that every single piece is created according to the highest standards possible. However, if you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase.
Returned items must be unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. Please fill out and enclose a Returns Form (email us and we will forward this form to you) with your merchandise and make sure that all returned items are well packaged as to not be damaged in the post. Returns should be sent with a trackable option (this will allow you to track your parcel during delivery) as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Should you have any inquiries about your return, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com.
What if I bought the wrong size?
Once we have received your returned item, we will re-ship your exchanged item to you free of charge. Note: all sale and vintage items are final sale.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders. However, if you need to change your order please email us within two hours of the purchase time at firstname.lastname@example.org
I just placed an order… but I want to add something else to it. Can I?
We cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for additional items and we will do our best to ship them together.
